“Be trustful again, be cool again” was the mission statement that supported Fructis’s global relaunch. The project was challenging: to manage the launch of its Instagram account, its community building activities and the development of its editorial plan throughout 2017.
To draw Millennials and arouse interest in the newly opened account, we chose an engaging approach, using the opportunities offered by the Influencer international event in Miami in the go-live phase.

To make users fully enjoy the Fructis experience we designed an Instagram mini website at the first stage of the activity, generating interaction with young, fresh and quick language whilst exploiting all of Instagram’s functions to support the subsequent activities.
